1 bunch of curly leaf or purple kale
1/4 cup Olive Oil
1 Tbsp each of lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, agave nectar
1/4 tsp Salt
1/4 cup dried cranberries/other dried fruit
1/4 to 1/2 cup toasted pumpkin or other seed ( pine nuts work well too!)
Separate leaves from stems by running your down the stem. Break into smaller pieces then rinse comp

Mix Olive oil, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, agave nectar and salt together then pour over the kale. Massage it into the kale until most of the leaves are covered. Toss the cranberries and seeds on top before serving.
